تو اس کا جواب ہے کہ جس پیرنٹ کمپنی سے پی آئی اے کا معاہدہ ہوا تھا اس نے اپنی کمپنی آگے کسی کو بیچ دی یعنی اس ساری کمپنی کے جو معاہدے تھے یا اس کمپنی کے نام سے جو کاروبار تھا وہ اب نئی خریدنے والی کمپنی نے چلانا تھا- پاکستان کا یہ موقف تھا کہ چونکہ ہم نے جس وقت یہ معاہدہ کیا وہ ایک اچھی شہرت کی حامل بین الاقوامی کمپنی تھی لہذا ہم نے اس کمپنی کو اس کا منہ مانگا ریٹ دیا لیکن جس نئی کمپنی نے اس کو خریدا ہے اس کی شہرت یا اس کا کام ہم نہیں جانتے لہذا ریٹ دوبارہ طے ہونے چاہیے-تاکہ ملکی خزانے پر پڑنے والے لوڈ سے کچھ حد تک تو بچا جا سکے-
